Women in Leadership is a group coaching programme for female leaders, entrepreneurs and leadership coaches.

​

We help women to build authentic executive presence and lead with conviction. â€‹

​

Women in Leadership online fits around your schedule with:

 

  • Online pre-reading, reflection and practice at a time that that suits you

  • Online fortnightly 2-hour interactive group coaching calls on Wednesdays between 1-3pm GMT (there are 10 sessions in total over 5 months)

  • Online private community space access to support and connect with other members between sessions

You'll receive:​

  • An online pre, mid and post programme one-on-one executive coaching session with Beth O’Neill PCC (RRP £600)

  • An individualised High Performance C-me Colour Profile (RRP £112) which you’ll use throughout the programme and beyond

  • 6 months full access to the Women in Leadership private portal to watch videos, download resources and engage in ongoing learning and development 

  • A certificate confirming up to 50 hours of training in a coaching approach to leadership*

Programme Pillars

1) Maximise potential with coaching

 

Build trust and psychological safety, self-belief and a strength-based approach to leadership to facilitate self, team and organisational growth with a coaching approach.

2) Communicate with influence and confidence

 

Understand yourself and others, celebrate diversity and develop a strong executive coaching presence to confidently coach, speak publicly and influence upwards, sideways, downwards and outwards. 

3) Facilitate impactful meetings

 

Increase engagement, collaboration and decision making in your meetings with coaching to improve team commitment and organisational results. 

Manage stress, build resilience and create a coaching-style feedback culture that transforms difficult conversations and negotiations into positive, proactive and trust building experiences. 

4) Navigate difficult conversations

 

5) Create a coaching culture/business

 

Improve strategic thinking and operational delivery, facilitate impactful annual appraisals and build a coaching culture and/or coaching business that models positive coaching behaviours and releases people's potential. 

*This programme trains female leaders in coaching skills to enhance how they lead in accordance with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Coaching competencies will be explored, discussed and practised in every session.
