Women in Leadership fits around your schedule with online study and a weekly group coaching call via the Women in Leadership online portal:


  • Online pre-reading, personal reflection, exercises and practice at a time that that suits you

  • 90-minute interactive online group coaching calls per week for 12 weeks


The programme includes two in-person sessions to bookend the programme at the SMUK London studio on Sunday afternoons from 1-4pm.


Connect: meet your cohort members, enjoy coffee and cake, receive your journal, set programme goals and practise the foundations of coaching.


Celebrate: share programme learnings, coach and affirm each other, enjoy sweet treats, a glass of bubbly, be awarded a certificate of attendance for International Coaching Federation (ICF) purposes and a special gift as a symbol of recognition for your progress and the positive impact you make, and will continue to make, in the lives of those you lead.

In the group sessions you will explore and review content, discuss experiences/scenarios, practise tools and learn from each other. The online community group will provide an opportunity to support and connect with each other between sessions.

You'll also receive an online pre and post programme one-on-one session (either side of the programme) with Beth O’Neill (RRP £400) and an individualised High Performance C-me Colour Profile (RRP £120) which you’ll use throughout the programme and beyond.

Create clear objectives, deliver impactful annual appraisals and grow your network/business through prioritisation, delegation and negotiation strategies for yourself and those you lead.
