Women in Leadership fits around your schedule with:


  • Online pre-reading, reflection and practice at a time that that suits you

  • Online 90-minute interactive group coaching calls per week for 12 weeks

  • Online private community space access to support and connect with other members between sessions

You'll receive:

  • An online pre and post programme one-on-one executive coaching session with Beth O’Neill PCC (RRP £400)

  • An individualised High Performance C-me Colour Profile (RRP £125) which you’ll use throughout the programme and beyond

  • A workbook to reflect on your learning throughout the programme

  • 6 months full access to the Women in Leadership private portal to watch videos, download resources and engage in ongoing learning and development 

  • A certificate confirming 30 hours of coach-specific training for International Coaching Federation (ICF) Portfolio Path purposes*

  • And finally, a personalised gift as a symbol of recognition for your progress and the positive impact you make, and will continue to make, in the lives of those you lead

* This programme teaches female leaders coaching skills to enhance how they lead in accordance with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. It is currently a non ICF-accredited programme but may be submitted via the Portfolio Path.

Weekly online group sessions begin on Wednesday 18th September from 1-2:30pm (BST) ending on Wednesday 11th December 2024.

Investment: £1,800 with bursaries available for charities and self-funded places (get in touch to find out if you qualify).
